At our office, we make it our mission to serve you quickly, efficiently, and comfortably. Each appointment is scheduled exclusively to meet your needs, and because we value your time, we strive to run on schedule.
There are times when patients require urgent or emergency care and need to be seen as soon as possible. When patients provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule, that time can be offered to someone in need of urgent treatment — allowing us to better serve all our patients.
If you have not confirmed your appointment, we will contact you and allow a reasonable amount of time to do so. If your appointment remains unconfirmed by the communicated deadline, it will be cancelled to accommodate another patient.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least two business days’ notice.
- Appointments cancelled within two business days of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Appointments missed without any notice are subject to a $75 missed appointment fee.
Exceptions may be made for illness, inclement weather, or personal emergencies.
